These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at https://lullawick.ai (the “Site”), operated by CalaAgents LLC (“Lullawick”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. The Site is currently a pre-launch marketing and waitlist page; the Lullawick product is not yet available.

1. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist lets us email you about the launch. It does not create an account, a contract for the product, or any guarantee of access.
We may change, delay, or discontinue the planned product, and any future features or pricing, at any time.
Any pricing or features mentioned on the Site are indicative and subject to change.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, submit others’ personal data without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the Lullawick name, the Lula character, logos, text, and design, are owned by CalaAgents LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

4. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalaAgents LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

6. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they will be settled by binding arbitration to the extent permitted by law. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product develops. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
