CalaAgents LLC (“Lullawick”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the website at https://lullawick.ai (the “Site”). Lullawick is currently in a pre-launch waitlist phase. This policy explains what we collect now, why, and your rights. We will update it before the product launches and begins collecting additional data.
1. Who this Site is for
The Site and waitlist are intended for parents and other adults (18+). Lullawick is a product about children’s stories, but the Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at privacy@lullawick.ai and we will delete it. When the product launches, additional child-privacy protections (COPPA / GDPR-K) will apply and parents will hold the account.
2. Information we collect
- Waitlist email address: collected when you choose to join the waitlist.
- Anything you send us, for example the content of an email you send to us.
- Limited technical & usage data, such as IP address, browser/device type, and privacy-respecting analytics (e.g. page views) used to understand interest and keep the Site secure.
We do not create accounts, take payments, or collect story/child data at this stage.

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Site:

5. How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist email until the product launches or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time via privacy@lullawick.ai.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@lullawick.ai.

We may update this policy as the product develops. We’ll post the new version here with an updated date.
